Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Flank steak 2 Pound
  Onion soup mix envelope 1 (1 Envelope)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Room Temperature)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325° F.
Cut steak lengthwise into thirds and then crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
Combine meat, onion soup mix and mushroom soup in 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
Stir some of sauce into sour cream.
Blend into meat mixture.
Spoon over noodles or rice.
