|Onion soup mix envelope||1 (1 Envelope)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Room Temperature)|
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Cut steak lengthwise into thirds and then crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
Combine meat, onion soup mix and mushroom soup in 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
Stir some of sauce into sour cream.
Blend into meat mixture.
Spoon over noodles or rice.
