Marshmallow And Pineapple Dessert
|Cold cooked white rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Loosely Packed)|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained and sliced|
|Marshmallows||12 Large, quartered|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
1. In medium bowl, lightly toss rice with pineapple, cherries, and marshmallows, to combine. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour.
2. Fold in whipped cream just before serving. Top with additional cherries, if desired.
