Marshmallow And Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients
  Cold cooked white rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Loosely Packed)
  Canned pineapple tidbits 8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained and sliced
  Marshmallows 12 Large, quartered
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

1. In medium bowl, lightly toss rice with pineapple, cherries, and marshmallows, to combine. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour.
2. Fold in whipped cream just before serving. Top with additional cherries, if desired.
