Ingredients
  Apricot preserves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 , cut into 2 x1/2-inch strips (2 Whole)
  Zucchini 2 Small, cut into 0.5 inch slices
  Sweet pepper 1 Large, cut into 1-inch pieces (Red /Green)
  Cherry tomatoes 8
Directions

For glaze, in a small saucepan stir together apricot preserves, white wine, and allspice.
Cook, stirring occasionally, till heated through.
Meanwhile, preheat the broiler.
Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with zucchini and pepper.
Brush with glaze mixture.
Place skewers on an unheated rack in a broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 to 4 minutes or till lightly browned.
Turn and brush with glaze mixture.
Broil for 3 to 4 minutes more or till chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are of desired doneness.
Put a cherry tomato on the end of each skewer and broil for 1 minute more.
Pass sauce.
