Ingredients
  French fries 1 Pound (Ready In Oven Type)
  Boneless white fish fillet 4 (Choose Firm One)
For beer batter
  Flour 4 Ounce (1 Cup Or 125 Gram)
  Egg whites 2
  Beer 6 Fluid Ounce (3/4 Cup Or 185 Milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. To make batter, place flour in a bowl and make a well in the centre. Add egg whites, beer and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
2. Cook oven fries according to packet directions.
3. Heat 5 cm / 2 in oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until a cube of bread dropped in browns in 50 seconds. Dip fish into batter, add to pan and cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper. Serve with oven fries.
