Light Viennese Finger Munchies

Viennese finger biscuits can be made easily at home - this short video shows you how. Viennese finger biscuits is from German cuisine. This snack has all the qualities to become your favorite.
Ingredients
  Margarine 175 Gram
  Caster sugar 50 Gram
  Self raising flour 175 Gram
  Vanilla extract 2 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY:
1)Pre-heat the oven to 160°C (Gas Mark 3).
2)Lightly grease a baking tray (or use a non-stick mat).
3)Place the margarine and caster sugar in a clean bowl.
4)Use a small electric whisk to whisk until fluffy and light in color.
5)Fold in the flour and add a few drops of vanilla extract.
6)Spoon the mixture into a clean piping bag fitted with a star tube and carefully pipe onto your baking tray in about 8cm long lengths.
7)Place the baking tray into the pre-heated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until light golden in color. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

SERVING:
8)You can join two together with jam or cream and dip the ends in melted chocolate. Allow to dry and dust with icing sugar to give a homemade cake for afternoon tea.
