Turkey And Swiss Wraps
|8 inch flour tortillas||8|
|Dill aioli||6 Tablespoon|
|Low fat swiss cheese slice||3⁄4 Ounce (8 Pieces)|
|Low fat roasted turkey breast||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shredded spinach/Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
Peel cucumber; cut in half lengthwise, and remove seeds.
Cut each half into 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange 2 tortillas on a flat surface, overlapping edges to form a 12- x 8-inch surface.
Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons aioli over tortilla surface.
Place 2 slices Swiss cheese on tortillas, leaving at least a 1-inch border on all sides.
Top with one-fourth each of turkey, spinach, cucumber, and tomato.
Roll up from all sides..
Repeat procedure 3 times with remaining ingredients.
Wrap each tightly in plastic wrap, and chill 1 hour.
