Pennsylvania Dutch Filling

Ingredients
  Unseasoned mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Hot)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Dry bread cubes 1 Quart
  Butter/Other fat 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Combine the potatoes and egg.
2. Saute the bread cubes in butter. Combine the potato mixture with the bread and stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
