Pork Stroganoff Style
|Lean pork||1 Pound|
|Seasoned all purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot shortening||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon cube||1|
|Ketchup/Tomato puree||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut pork into thin strips and dredge with seasoned flour.
Brown in hot shortening.
Add water, bouillon cube, ketchup, Worcestershire, and mushrooms with the liquid.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
Serve with hot rice.
