1)In a large bowl or a mixer whisk together the egg, self rising flour and milk. Add more milk and water till you get the right consistency of a pancake batter.
2)Heat the pan with some oil if you are using a non stick pan. Pour in a ladle full of the pancake mix and wait for it to sizzle following which spread the batter in the pan around the entire pan just as directed.
3)Flip the pancake and cook on both sides till golden brown.
4)Take off the heat onto a serving plate and serve with some cinnamon sugar on top and your choice of syrup or honey.
