Microwaved Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Baking soda 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder; cut in butter.
Stir in raisins and caraway.
Combine buttermilk, egg and baking soda; add to dry ingredients, stirring only until flour is moistened.
On floured board, lightly knead dough until smooth, about 3 minutes.
Shape into ball and place in 1 -quart glass bowl, bottom lined with wax paper; cut an "X" across top of dough.
Heat 9 to 10 minutes.
Let STAND, 10 minutes; turn out of bowl.
Let stand an additional 10 minutes; store, covered, until ready to serve.
