Ingredients
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Ale/Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sharp natural cheddar cheese 1 Pound, shredded
Directions

Mix the seasonings in a skillet.
Add the ale and let stand over very low heat until the ale is hot.
Add the cheese and stir until it has melted.
Serve on hot toast.
