Ingredients
  Beef/Mutton 500 Gram
  Bread slices 2 , grated
  Small onions 10 Gram
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Ginger piece 1 Small
  Cinnamon 3 , powdered
  Cloves 3 , powdered
  Peppercorns 3 , powdered
  Lime 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 55 Gram
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (To Fry)
Directions

1. Mince the meat finely. Powder the cinnamon, cloves and pepper. Mix the meat with finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic, grated bread, salt and lime juice.
2. Form into balls about the size of a walnut.
3. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
