Hot Chilli Marinade

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup/60 Milliliter)
  Hoisin sauce 2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup/60 Milliliter)
  Dry sherry 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup/125 Milliliter)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Spring onions 2 , finely chopped
  Hot chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger, spring onions and chilli sauce in a small bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over meat or poultry, cover and set aside to marinate. Use the marinade as a baste when barbecuing.
