Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, aluminum foil, or brown paper.
In bowl beat egg white until foamy; add remaining ingredients and continue beating until stiff.
Using a teaspoon, drop mixture onto paper leaving about 2 inches between meringues.
Bake at 250°F.
for 40 minutes or until lightly golden.
Turn off oven and let stand 10 minutes.
Using a spatula, remove meringues from paper.
Serve in hot soup.
