Ingredients
  Process swiss cheese 8 Ounce, shredded to make 2 cups
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White bread slice 12
  Bacon slices 9 , cooked and drained
  Canned chopped mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained (1/2 Cup, 1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together cheese and cream.
Spread 2 tablespoons mixture on each of half the bread slices.
Halve cooked bacon slices.
Place bacon pieces and drained mushrooms on top of cheese.
Top with remaining bread.
Combine milk and eggs.
Dip sandwiches in milk-egg mixture, coating both sides.
Lightly brown sandwiches in melted butter on grill, turning once.
Garnish with bacon curls and mushrooms, if desired.
