Danish Blue Cheese Mousse

Ingredients
  Lemon jelly 1 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Danish blue cheese 4 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 2 Ounce (2 Heaped Tablespoons)
  Red pepper 1 Small, diced
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Eating apples 2 , diced
  Evaporated milk/Single milk 1⁄4 Pint
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Make up the jelly with half a pint of water and leave until nearly setting.
Crumble the cheese and mash with a fork, add the mayonnaise, diced pepper, celery and apple.
Whip the evaporated milk or cream with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and fold into the cheese mixture, then fold in the jelly and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well and pour into a mould and leave to set.
When firm, turn out and serve.
