Scalloped Tuna and Chips
|Canned condensed cream of celery soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, condensed|
|Canned mushrooms stems and pieces||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed potato chips||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||14 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)|
Mix soup, undrained mushrooms, onion, parsley, milk and lemon juice.
In 2-qt greased casserole layer 1 cup crushed chips, 1/2 of tuna, 1/2 of soup mixture.
Repeat layers and top with potato chips.
Microwave at High (10) 15 to 17 Minutes, until bubbly.
