Ingredients
  Canned pitted black olives 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Albacore tuna in oil 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Capers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), rinsed and drained
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dark rum 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Garlic clove 1 Large
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Vegetable crudites 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Slowly add olive oil, blending thoroughly Season to taste with pepper
