Microwaved Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lean ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Lean ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
Directions

Pour milk over bread crumbs in medium mixing bowl.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add ground meats, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cloves.
Blend well with fork.
Form into 1-inch balls.
To preheat browning dish, MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil and meatballs.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH, turning meatballs over once.
Remove meatballs.
Set aside.
Stir flour into drippings until smooth and well blended.
Gradually stir in cream and bouillon.
Return meatballs to browning dish.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 6 to 8 MINUTES on '6', or until sauce is thickened and meatballs are cooked through.
Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
