Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
  Fresh strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint, softened
Directions

Put / cup of the strawberries and 1 tablespoon of the sugar in blender container.
Blend just till berries are coarsely crushed.
Empty container.
Repeat with the remaining berries and the sugar.
Set strawberry sauce aside.
Place milk, egg, salad oil, and sour cream in blender container; blend to mix.
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; blend at low speed just till ingredients are combined.
Bake in preheated waffle baker till crisp.
Spoon strawberry sauce over the waffles.
Top the waffles with spoonfuls of softened ice cream.
