Fried Soft Shell Crabs Amandine

Ingredients
  Soft shell crabs 12
  Paprika 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3 Teaspoon
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped shallots 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Sherry 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Almond slivers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Clean crabs .
Dust crabs liberally with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat butter in skillet; add crabs, on backs, and sear.
Lower heat, turn crabs, add rest of ingredients, and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Serve at once with crusty rolls and tossed salad.
