Colcannon Cabbage with Potatoes
|Cabbage||1 Pound, chopped|
|Leeks||2 Small, chopped|
|1% milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Fat Milk)|
|Potatoes||1 Pound, cooked|
In a saucepan or steamer over medium heat cook cabbage with a small amount of water until tender; drain.
In a saucepan combine leeks and milk.
Simmer until leeks are tender.
In a mixer bowl combine leeks and potatoes.
Beat until well mixed.
Add cabbage; beat well.
Add mace, salt and pepper.
