Colcannon Cabbage With Potatoes

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Pound, chopped
  Leeks 2 Small, chopped
  1% milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Fat Milk)
  Potatoes 1 Pound, cooked
  Nutmeg/Mace 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan or steamer over medium heat cook cabbage with a small amount of water until tender; drain.
In a saucepan combine leeks and milk.
Simmer until leeks are tender.
In a mixer bowl combine leeks and potatoes.
Beat until well mixed.
Add cabbage; beat well.
Add mace, salt and pepper.
