Hot Tartar Sauce
|Plain flour||25 Gram|
|Whole egg powder||15 Milliliter (Dried Egg Powder)|
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter|
|Chopped gherkins||15 Milliliter|
|Chopped capers||15 Milliliter|
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Blend in the milk, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Blend the dried egg and lemon juice to a smooth paste, then stir it into the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Reheat, but do not boil. Serve hot with fried or grilled fish.
