Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped capers 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cucumber pickles 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped pitted green olives 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Just before serving, combine the chilled mayonnaise with all other ingredients.
Serve with broiled or fried fish, or with Fried Scallops, shrimp, etc.
