Ingredients
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Instant onion soup 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 1/4 Ounce Each)
  Whole wheat crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Swiss cheese slices 5 (Rectangular, Each Cut Into 8 Squares)
Directions

Thoroughly combine sour cream and instant soup; spread 1/2 tablespoon on each cracker and top with cheese.
On paper plate or glass serving tray, arrange 1/3 crackers in circular pattern.
Heat at medium 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt.
