Ingredients
  Applejack 4 Ounce (2 2/3 Jiggers)
  Egg 1
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), or cracked
  Ground nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Put applejack, egg, sugar, and ice in blender container; blend to mix.
Pour into 6-ounce glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg.
