Tart Apple Crisp
|Oats||1 Cup (16 tbs), rolled|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tart apples||1 3⁄4 Pound, 1/2-inch diced (4 cups)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix together flour, oats and sugar in large bowl.
Stir in butter with fork to make a crumbly mixture.
Combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon in (8 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Stir to mix well.
Sprinkle topping over apple mixture.
MICROWAVE 10 to 12 MINUTES on HIGH dr„ until apple mixture starts to bubble through topping.
