Avocados Armenian Style
|Smoked cod's roe||1⁄2 Ounce, smoked (10 Gram)|
|Double cream||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
1. Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Scoop out the flesh and dice. Sprinkle with some of the lemon juice. Put aside, with the avocado skins.
2. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Dip the cod's roe into the water for a few minutes and remove the skin.
3. In a bowl, blend the cream into the roe and season with pepper. Add the avocado flesh together with the rest of the lemon juice. Mix well.
4. Fill each avocado skin with the mixture. Serve chilled.
