Scandinavian Heart Shaped Waffles

  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash

In a large bowl, beat together flour and water until smooth.
Stir in 1/4 cup of the whipping cream, along with sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
In a medium bowl, beat the remaining 1 cup whipping cream until stiff; then fold into batter and let stand for 10 minutes.
Place a seasoned heart-shaped waffle iron over medium-high heat, turning it over until water sprinkled inside sizzles (or preheat an electric waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions).
Open heart iron and spoon in about 1/3 cup batter (or use amount recommended for other shaped grids and bake according to manufacturer's directions).
Close heart iron, squeezing handles gently, then turn iron over about every 30 seconds until waffle is golden brown (about 4 minutes).
After first 4 turns, open iron often to check for doneness.
Transfer waffles to a wire rack.
Serve warm or cooled.
