Fruity Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  Granny smith apples 3 , peeled, cored and each cut into 8
  Peaches 2 , peeled, stoned and each cut into 6
  Mixed dried fruits 50 Gram (Cranberries, Blueberries, Cherries)
  Soft brown muscovado sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apple pie spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Grated orange zest 1
  Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened muesli/Granola 175 Gram
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
Combine all the ingredients except the muesli or granola and spoon into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with the muesli or granola and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden and the fruit is bubbling.
Serve with Vanilla Custard.
