Classic Beef Stroganoff

Beef Strogranoff is a Russian dish with beef served in gravy over noodles. The dish has slowly become popular in other nations like Iran, Europe and South Africa. The dish makes a full meal and can be served for a small crowd.
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Julienned onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Beef 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg noodles 12 Ounce, cooked
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Granulated garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry parsley 1 Tablespoon

1. Melt butter and saute onions.
2. Add salt, pepper and mushrooms
3. Transfer the onions and mushrooms in a bowl.
4. In the same pan, add olive oil and beef.
5. Stir fry it. add thyme, salt and pepper.
6. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add flour and stir.
8. Add water and beef base mixture.
9. Let it cook gravy is thick.
10. Mix some of the gravy to the sour cream.
11. Add the sour cream to gravy.
12. Add mushrooms and onions.
13. Saute noodles with will the ingredients.
14. Stir and cook until everything is incorporated.
15. Transfer noodles in servig dish and pour beef stroganoff over it and serve.
