Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lean beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, well trimmed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Potato 1 , peeled and grated
  Caraway seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Low sodium beef bouillon cube 1
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
3. Simmer 3 hours or until meat is tender. Add more water if needed.
