Green Salad With Walnuts And Swiss Cheese

Ingredients
  Torn salad greens 12 Cup (192 tbs)
  Diced swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnut halves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Walnut oil 3 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In salad bowl, combine salad greens, Swiss cheese, walnuts and parsley.
In small bowl, combine lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; gradually whisk in walnut oil and olive oil.
Toss with salad to coat well.
