Green Salad With Walnuts And Swiss Cheese

|Torn salad greens||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
|Diced swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnut halves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Walnut oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Extra virgin olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
In salad bowl, combine salad greens, Swiss cheese, walnuts and parsley.
In small bowl, combine lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; gradually whisk in walnut oil and olive oil.
Toss with salad to coat well.
