Beef Salad Stroganoff
|Polyunsaturated margarine||1 Tablespoon (Salt Reduced)|
|Button mushrooms||200 Gram, sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Beef roast||500 Gram, cut into strips|
|Shallots||6 , finely chopped|
|Coriander||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Low fat plain yogurt||250 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1.Heat margarine in a non-stick trypan and cook mushrooms with lemon juice for 4-5 minutes.
Drain and set aside to cool.
2.Combine mushrooms, beef, shallots and coriander.
Add yoghurt and toss lightly to combine.
Season to taste with pepper.
