Beef Salad Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Polyunsaturated margarine 1 Tablespoon (Salt Reduced)
  Button mushrooms 200 Gram, sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Beef roast 500 Gram, cut into strips
  Shallots 6 , finely chopped
  Coriander 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Low fat plain yogurt 250 Gram (1 Cup)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1.Heat margarine in a non-stick trypan and cook mushrooms with lemon juice for 4-5 minutes.
Drain and set aside to cool.
2.Combine mushrooms, beef, shallots and coriander.
Add yoghurt and toss lightly to combine.
Season to taste with pepper.
