Swiss Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie margarine 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1 Dash
  Evaporated skimmed milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Shredded reduced fat swiss cheese 12 Ounce (3 Cups)
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  French bread loaf 8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes (1 Loaf)
Directions

Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add flour, garlic powder, and pepper.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Cook, stirring constantly, 12 to 14 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Add cheese and wine, stirring well.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Add Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, stirring occasionally.
Transfer cheese mixture to a fondue pot, and keep warm.
Serve with bread cubes.
