|Minced beef/Lamb||8 Ounce|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Mixed herbs||1 Pinch|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Mix together meat, onion, herbs and seasoning; bind with a little egg.
Form into rissole shapes.
Dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot fat until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on crumpled tissue paper.
