Easy Turkey Kiev
|Turkey cutlets||12 Ounce (2 In Number, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Reduced calorie margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Imitation bacon bits||1 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Chopped chives||1 Teaspoon|
|Cornflakes||3⁄4 Ounce, crushed to form crumbs|
|Cooked brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Short Grain Type, Used Hot)|
Pound turkey cutlets to 1/8 inch thickness.
In small bowl combine margarine, bacon bits, and chives.
Divide margarine mixture in half and shape each half into a log.
Place 1 margarine log in center of each turkey cutlet.
Wrap turkey cutlets around margarine, tucking in sides to enclose.
Roll each cutlet in 1/2 of the cornflake crumbs and place in an individual casserole that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350°F.for 20 minutes.
