Perogie snack is just a quick build of something to eat. It is ideal to have for an evening snack or with a bottle of beer. It can also be served for a snack party. Serve it hot and have a blast.
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 Teaspoon (From Slap Ya Mama)
1 Tablespoon (Cheese)
Boil perogie for 5 minutes.
Chop some onions and saute. Add the perogie to the pan. Season with fresh ground black pepper.
Add some Cajun seasoning. Toss the perogie.
Cook for 4 minutes until they are brown and then flip them over.
When the perogie are brown, add pieces of cut salami. Toss them up together and cook for a while.
Serve in a bowl and drizzle some hot sauce. Garnish with some grated parmiggiano reggiano cheese.
