Dutch Mill Beef Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Shredded potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix the beef, potatoes, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and pack 1/2 of the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour 1/2 cup tomato sauce and 1/2 can cheese soup over beef mixture.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Garnish with olives and parsley.
