1 Medium, peeled, halved, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 Ounce, cooked al dente, well drained, and cooled (Small Pasta Shells)
Pickled herring filets
3 , cut into 1/2-inch slices
4 , coarsely chopped (White Part Only)
4 Small, thinly sliced
1 Cup (16 tbs)
In a salad bowl, place the cucumber, pasta shells, herring, scallions and mushrooms.
Pour in the vinegar-oil-salt blend and mix well but gently.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Just before serving, blend the curry and sour cream, pour over the salad and mix well.
