Tomato Swiss Steak

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Round steak 2 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Onions 2 Large, sliced
  Green pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Canned tomato paste 12 Ounce (2 Cans)
  Canned beef broth 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Place steak on cutting board; pound half of the flour mixture into each side of steak with meat mallet or edge of saucer.
Cut meat into 4 pieces and place in 8-inch round or 11 x 7-inch microproof baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over meat.
Spread onions, green pepper, and tomato paste over meat.
Pour in broth, to cover meat.
Cover with waxed paper, cook on HI (max. power) 5 minutes.
Cook on 60 (bake) 40 minutes.
Rearrange meat.
Cook on 60 (bake) 10 minutes, or until meat is tender.
