Lazy Day Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Minced onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (Or 1 Large Can)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in skillet; add beef, onions and garlic.
Brown well; pour off excess fat.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, paprika and monosodium glutamate.
Combine soup and sour cream in bowl; blend thoroughly.
Add soup mixture and mushrooms to beef mixture.
Place over medium heat until heated through; add parsley.
