Apple Crisp For One
|Dark brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Quick cooking oats||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Apple||1 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Whipped cream/Ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
1. Place butter in 1-cup glass measure. Microwave, uncovered, on high 10 seconds or until softened. Stir in sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon; set aside.
2. Place apple slices in small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle oat mixture over apple. Microwave, uncovered, on high 2 1/2 minutes or until apple is tender, rotating dish once during cooking. Serve warm or chilled; garnish with whipped cream.
