Maine Fish Chowder

Ingredients
  Haddock fillets 1 Pound
  Potatoes 3 Medium, diced
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced cooked bacon 4 , crumbled
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cream-style corn 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Simmer haddock in large pan in small amount of water until just tender; break gently with fork.
Remove skin.
Cook potatoes until almost done in small amount of water; add to haddock.
Saute onion in bacon drippings; add to haddock mixture.
Add salt, pepper and parsley to haddock and potatoes.
Add bacon and butter to chowder.
Add milk and corn; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; serve immediately.
