Cinnamon Russian Tea
|Cinnamon||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Stick)|
|Whole cloves||1⁄4 Ounce (1 1/2 Teaspoons)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oranges||2 (2/3 Cup Juice)|
|Lemon||1 (1/4 Cup Juice)|
|Black tea||2 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
Simmer spices and honey with the 1 cup water for 10 minutes and let stand 1 hour.
Add rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon if desired.
Squeeze fruit juices, steep tea in boiling water 1 minute.
Add fruit juice and spice mixture to strained tea.
Reheat and serve hot.
Garnish with orange slices.
