Cinnamon Russian Tea

Ingredients
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Stick)
  Whole cloves 1⁄4 Ounce (1 1/2 Teaspoons)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oranges 2 (2/3 Cup Juice)
  Lemon 1 (1/4 Cup Juice)
  Black tea 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Simmer spices and honey with the 1 cup water for 10 minutes and let stand 1 hour.
Strain.
Add rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon if desired.
Squeeze fruit juices, steep tea in boiling water 1 minute.
Strain.
Add fruit juice and spice mixture to strained tea.
Reheat and serve hot.
Garnish with orange slices.
