Frikadeller Danish Meatballs

Ingredients
  Veal 1⁄2 Pound
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Onion 1 Medium, grated
  Flour/1/2 cup breadcrumbs 6 Tablespoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon (3/4 Stick)
Directions

Grind veal and pork together through grinder 4 or 5 times.
Add next 6 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Heat half of butter in skillet over low heat.
Drop meat mixture from large tablespoon and cook, turning often, until desired doneness, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove and keep warm.
Repeat with remaining butter and meat mixture.
Frikadeller are served with browned butter, potatoes and stewed cabbage.
