Austrian Cheese Roll
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Drained capers||1 Tablespoon|
|Anchovy fillets||4 , chopped|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
Blend cheese with butter.
Add capers, anchovies, chives, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika and dry mustard to cheese mixture.
Chill mixture until firm enough to shape into roll.
Roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Mix nuts and parsley; roll cheese roll in nut mixture.
