Western Omelette With Ham
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Chopped fully cooked smoked ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green bell pepper||1 Tablespoon|
1. Place margarine in pie place, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Microwave uncovered on high 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
2. Mix eggs, ham, onion and bell pepper; pour into pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds, pushing cooked edge of omelet to center after 1 minute 30 seconds, until center is set but still moist.
3. Loosen edge of omelet; fold just to center. Slide omelet onto serving plate so folded side rolls over again and edge is on bottom, or fold in half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
