Steak And Bean Pot
|Minute steaks||4 Small|
|Chopped onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pork and beans||42 Ounce (2 Can, In Tomato Sauce)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Shredded sharp american cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Can steaks in 3x1-inch strips; brown quickly with onion in melted butter in skillet.
Add beans, garlic, and seasonings.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven ; stir.
Top with lomato; bake 15 minutes more.
Top with cheese; heat till cheese melts.
