Swedish Glogg Choklad

Ingredients
  Burgundy wine 1⁄5 Cup (3.2 tbs)
  Ruby port wine 1⁄5 Cup (3.2 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground chocolate 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon sticks 2
  Orange marmalade 1 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 10
  Cardamom seeds 10 , peeled
  Angostura bitters 1 Dash
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In large pot, combine Burgundy, port, raisins, almonds, sugar, Ground Chocolate, cinnamon and marmalade.
Place cloves and cardamom into tea ball; drop into wine mixture.
Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Add bitters and brandy.
Glogg may be prepared in advance and reheated for the party.
